About us
The Order of the Amaranth is a fraternal and philanthropic organization comprised of both men and women with Masonic affiliation.
The purpose of the Order is social and philanthropic. Although belief in God is requisite for joining our order, Amaranth is not a religious organization, and many different faiths are represented.
Our Charity
The Amaranth Diabetes Foundation, Inc. (ADF) is a 501(c)(3) organization that serves as the charitable arm of the Order. Since its inception in 1979, ADF donates all monies it raises in the United States to the ADA, where 100% of the funds support promising diabetes research. Our International Order also funds research in their respective areas to help stop the spread of diabetes.
